Tom Elliot

Tom Elliott is a former full-time dairy and beef farmer and is  currently a beef farmer in Fermanagh.He has  dedicated a significant part of his life to public service, having  been involved with the Ulster Unionist Party since the early 1990’s and have been an elected representative for the following terms – Councillor Fermanagh District Council, 9 years; Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly (MLA) representing the Fermanagh & South Tyrone constituency for 12 years; Member of Parliament (Westminster) for 2 years and leader of the Ulster Unionist Party from 2010 – 2012.

Tom was also a part-time member of the Ulster Defence Regiment and its successor the Royal Irish Regiment from 1982 – 1999. He is former County Grand Master of the Orange Order in Fermanagh, current County Master of the Royal Black Institution in Fermanagh and Chairman of Ballinamallard United Football Club.
